چکیده
Background: Nowadays, as a result of globalization, markets are more competitive, and customers demanding. To respond to these challenges, organizations must develop mechanisms for continuous improvement in order eliminate waste increase the efficiency effectiveness processes. Thus, present study carried out at an industrial unit responsible customization cork stoppers wines had its main objectives identify or least reduce waste; improve production internal logistics flows; balance workloads; productivity; lead time; motivate employees promote spirit improvement. Methods: The action-research methodology was used, whereby several cycles data recovery analysis, identification implementation opportunities improvement, assessment standardization were out. Therefore, Total Flow Management (TFM) model implemented, methods tools such Value Stream Mapping (VSM), work measurement 5S’s. Results: Several wastes overloads identified, some actions workload balancing, layout changes, visual management supermarkets. That said, it possible time by 4 days, productivity from 26.63 ML (a thousand stoppers)/h 35.75 ML/h, flexibility. In addition, motivated, culture fostered. Conclusions: This project demonstrated that is implement actions, with good results, without high investments, well motivating taking advantage their best capabilities. Additionally, use TFM can be very useful evident improvements flows. So, this practical regarding basic reliability, flow, simultaneous significant on factory floor, improving employee motivation personal development encouraging focus responds gap identified literature.

flow in natural river bends is a complex and turbulent phenomenon which affects the scour and sedimentations and causes an irregular bed topography on the bed. for the reason, the flow hydralics and the parameters which affect the flow to be studied and understand. in this study the effect of bed and wall roughness using the software fluent discussed in a sharp 90-degree flume bend with 40.3cm ...
Total internal reflection fluorescence flow cytometry.
Total internal reflection fluorescence microscopy (TIRFM) has been widely used to explore biological events that are close to the cell membrane by illuminating fluorescent molecules using the evanescent wave. However, TIRFM is typically limited to the examination of a low number of cells, and the results do not reveal potential heterogeneity in the cell population. In this report, we develop an...

in fact, this study focused on the following questions: 1. is there any difference between the effect of functional/notional approach and the structural approaches to language teaching on the proficiency test of efl learners? 2. can a rather innovative language test referred to as "functional test" ge devised so so to measure the proficiency test of efl learners, and thus be as much reliable an...
