Production and Internal Logistics Flow Improvements through the Application of Total Flow Management

Background: Nowadays, as a result of globalization, markets are more competitive, and customers demanding. To respond to these challenges, organizations must develop mechanisms for continuous improvement in order eliminate waste increase the efficiency effectiveness processes.
